The majority of European "servers" are hosted on the same server. EUW/EUNE are both on the same exact server, they're just split up for cultural and language differences. Turkey would have the best ping if it was actually hosted at Turkey. But guess what, it's hosted at the same location as the EUW/EUNE servers. I took a look at your PingPlotter data that you attached and from what I can see there isn't necessarily an issue with your connection. Your latency was pretty consistent and you had no packet loss at the final hop the duration of your trace. With that said your latency averaged around 115ms which is high for gaming.

I think they told me it's not pingable but tracert should work. Cant really remem.
